This site describes Talos's audit and margin intelligence services, including illustrative composite case studies and a sample report built from published industry production data. Nothing on this site constitutes:

A guarantee of specific findings or savings for your business — actual results depend on your own production data, batch volume, and data history
Financial, investment, accounting, or legal advice
An offer capable of acceptance — a paid engagement only begins once a signed Talos Audit Engagement Agreement and deposit are in place

4. Illustrative content

Case studies on this site are illustrative composites built from real UK SME batch and process manufacturing patterns, not named clients. The downloadable sample report is built from published industry production data and does not represent a real client engagement. Both are clearly labelled as such where they appear.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, and underlying methodology descriptions on this site are the property of Talos Intelligent Systems Ltd, except where explicitly attributed (e.g. published CIMA cost variance formulas, which are a public accounting standard). You may not reproduce, copy, or use this site's content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to: attempt unauthorised access to any system or data; introduce malicious code; scrape or bulk-extract content without permission; or misrepresent your identity when submitting a form.

7. Third-party services

This site uses third-party services to operate: Formspree (form submissions), Cal.com (call booking), Google Fonts, and Vercel (hosting). Your use of embedded booking or form functionality is also subject to those providers' own terms.
